Returns
Kayal is pleased to offer returns for online orders only within 7 days of the date of receipt for stitched clothing only. To be eligible for returns, the return items must be sent back to us WITHIN this time frame, i.e., 7 days from the date your order was DELIVERED to you.
If the 7-day period has lapsed since you first received your order, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.

Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached.

A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided via email to admin@kayalonline.com.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed at the earliest.
Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your credit card statement or bank account again.

Sale Items

Refunds apply to regular-priced items only. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you are interested in another size, color, or product, please return the item(s) and place a new order.

Shipping is via tracked courier services. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping

Orders outside Pakistan are shipped via tracked courier services.

Delivery times range from 5-15 business days, depending on destination.

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
