Disclaimer: These policies apply for Online Orders ONLY. For in-store returns, please consult our instore staff.

Returns

Kayal is pleased to offer returns for online orders only within 7 days of the date of receipt for stitched clothing only. To be eligible for returns, the return items must be sent back to us WITHIN this time frame, i.e., 7 days from the date your order was DELIVERED to you.

If the 7-day period has lapsed since you first received your order, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.

  • Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided via email to admin@kayalonline.com.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed at the earliest.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your credit card statement or bank account again.

  • If you still haven’t received it, please contact us at ayesha@kayalonline.com.

Sale Items

  • Refunds apply to regular-priced items only. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you are interested in another size, color, or product, please return the item(s) and place a new order.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Shipping is via tracked courier services. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

  • Orders outside Pakistan are shipped via tracked courier services.

  • Delivery times range from 5-15 business days, depending on destination.

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping for Returns

  • To return your product, please send it to:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
