Returns

Kayal is pleased to offer returns for online orders only within 7 days of the date of receipt for stitched clothing only. To be eligible for the returns criteria, the return items must be sent back to us WITHIN this time frame i.e. 7 days. This time duration commences from the date your order was DELIVERED to you.

If the 7-day period has lapsed since you first received your order, we can not unfortunately offer you either a refund nor an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be enclosed in the original packaging with all the tags attached.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase that can be e-mailed to admin@kayalonline.com

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, an e-mail will be sent to you confirming receipt of your returned item as well as the approval or rejection of your refund application.

If approved, the refund will be processed at the earliest.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your credit card statement or bank account again. Please note that it might take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account due to varying processing times of payment providers.

Sale items
Refunds apply to regular priced items only. Unfortunately sale items can not be refunded nor exchanged.

Exchanges
Due to improvements currently being introduced in our systems and processes we do not provide exchanges at this time.

If you are interested in another size, colour or a different product all together, please return the item(s) and place a new order.

Shipping
To return your product, please post your package to:

The responsibility for bearing return shipping costs lies with the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
